At Rugs by Hand, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our rugs. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer the following options:

Returns

• Products are eligible for return within 5 days of order placement.
• Returned items must be unused, in original condition, and securely packaged.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refund-

we follow a strict No Refund Policy. Once an order is placed and confirmed, refunds are not applicable under any circumstances.

If the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, only replacement will be provided.

Once your replacement request is approved, the replacement item will be dispatched and delivered within 20–30 business days.

Exchanges :

• Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery for items with genuine defects or damage.
• To initiate an exchange, customers must share clear photos and a short video showing the issue with the rug.
• Once verified, we will arrange for a replacement or suitable resolution.
• Once your replacement request is approved, the replacement item will be dispatched and delivered within 20–30 business days.
