Failed Deliveries & Returns

If delivery fails due to incorrect address or unavailability, our team will contact you to reschedule. Orders returned to us due to incorrect address or refusal to accept will incur return shipping charges if you request a reshipment.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@Rugsbyhand.com with photos. We will arrange for replacement or refund as per our Returns & Refunds Policy.
